Appointments and Cancellation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment price, unless it's due to illness or emergency.

What if I'm running late to my appointment?

Please contact us as soon as you know you'll be late. While we may be able to accommodate up to 5 minutes of lateness, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full appointment price applies regardless of duration. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full session time.

What happens if I miss my appointment without cancelling (no-show)?

No-shows are charged the full appointment price. This policy is in place because we reserve this time specifically for you, and no-shows prevent us from offering the slot to other clients. To avoid this charge, please contact us as soon as you know you can't make your appointment.

How does the cancellation policy work for gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers require 24 hours' notice for cancellation. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the voucher becomes void. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling practices and ensure availability for all clients.
